With the ‘precision medicine’ model adopted and accepted, there has never been a more important time for medical, dental and allied health professionals to collaborate in teams, to deliver individualised and holistic health care solutions to those in our care.

In the 21st Century, we face unique global challenges, that are making us sick and tired, and much of it is avoidable and treatable! We live these health challenges now, and we know that there are 4 key areas of life we can and do have control over (save extreme circumstances) that influence the quality of life day-to-day and into the future, that we and our children lead: sleep, nutrition, exercise and stress management. Not only that, studies show us that leading a healthy, happy life today can have ripple effects across generations. Epigenetics has changed the way we think about health. We have more control over our health and happiness than ever previously believed.

At Well Spoken we have developed many programs designed to take an early intervention approach to disorders of function in the upper airway and their impact on communication including educating the public . We believe that treating problems while they are ‘small’ will make a ‘big ‘ difference to our daily life and our future. By implementing ‘whole’ solutions to health in a proactive manner, drawing on the expertise and clinical wisdom of a whole team, treating the small problems before they turn into big ones, simply makes sense.
